By signing up for Yard Patrol services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clear expectations and reliable service for all clients.
Service Overview
Yard Patrol provides recurring and one-time pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties. Service frequency and pricing are selected during signup or agreed upon in writing.
Client Portal and Payment
All clients are required to maintain an active account in our secure client portal.
- A valid card on file is required to continue service
- Invoices are generated automatically and charged according to your selected billing cycle
- Receipts and service history are available through the portal
If a card is not on file by the scheduled service date, service may be skipped or rescheduled.
Missed Access and Locked Yards
Clients are responsible for providing access to the service area. If gates are locked, pets block access, or entry is otherwise unavailable, the visit may be marked as skipped without refund.
Pet Safety
All pets must be secured during service visits. Yard Patrol is not responsible for pets left loose or aggressive animals that prevent safe access.
Weather and Service Delays
Service schedules may be adjusted due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or operational delays. Missed services caused by weather may be rescheduled when possible.
Billing Issues and Late Payments
Accounts not paid according to the agreed billing schedule may be subject to service interruption. Continued non-payment may result in account suspension or termination.
Cancellations
Service cancellations require advance notice as outlined in your service agreement. No refunds are issued for completed visits or skipped services due to access issues.
Health and Environmental Disclaimer
While regular pet waste removal helps maintain a cleaner yard, Yard Patrol does not guarantee elimination of bacteria, parasites, or odors beyond waste removal services provided.
Limitation of Liability
Yard Patrol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service performance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
